Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of enteredsending.garden and the services offered through it by Enteredsending Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Enteredsending Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you reach are independent companies. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you, email contact@enteredsending.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Enteredsending Septic or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Enteredsending Septic is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
